Mason helped me with something today and it just took a few minutes and we were able to get it taken care of and get back to business.

> **Cons**: Sometimes things have too many steps (in my personal opinion). For example, submitting a return in the backend and actually processing a return has too many click. I also want to see an option where I can submit things from multiple orders on a single return.

> **Pros**: I love the platform they have. I like that they give us a platform to manage the returns easily and a nice platform for the customers to submit a return.

> **Cons**: I think the biggest downside is the setup. It is a little confusing figuring out how to set everything up. Our customer success manager had to help us a lot, but since it's a little confusing I have to reach out to support every time I need to update something. However, the good news is that you should just have to set it up one time. &#10;The other thing that I don't like a lot is that it's another cost for the consumer, since the returns is an add on that the customer pays for, that can sometimes hurt conversion. That being said they have a lot of things you can do to help mitigate that with A/B testing, and different placement options.

> Our experience has been pretty good. We onboarded with them about 2 years ago. The support tool hasn't changed a whole lot but they keep coming out with new products and features. Everything they put out is pretty good and a fair price. Before our support manager didn't have many check in calls with us but it has gotten a lot better with monthly syncs.

> **Cons**: We would prefer seeing the Date of Delivery instead of the Date the Return Order was Created in the Manage Returns menu.

> The support team members are rock stars.  They respond quickly and the site offers AI support for general questions.
