> **Pros**: Its professional and elegant design in each survey makes it attractive to fill out the survey forms so that it is simple and not boring, the data collection with the help of askiafield has allowed to have a more professional market research by being able to know what they think good and bad customers with respect to the experience they have had and thus improve and be able to be closer to them through surveys.

> **Cons**: The support, although it is not bad, could improve the response time, it is the only thing that bothers me that they do not answer immediately as I would like.
> 
> It is a useful tool in which I can have an analysis of all the results of the surveys to know the degree of satisfaction of each client and thus improve what is being failed, its development of each survey makes it easy to that anyone can participate and thus collect the data that they want to acquire if they are surveys that seek to know how a new product would impact the market.
