> **Pros**: I like how simple the ASSIST platform is to navigate. It really improves the workflow and simplifies entering receipts and invoices. The inbuilt AI extraction works really well and saves me a lot of time. It also alerts you when you enter the same invoice or receipt twice, which helps to always have the correct amounts for your reporting.

> **Cons**: It sometimes takes some time to upload receipts and invoices, it seems a bit slow but I do understand it does the AI extraction at the same time.

> I can definitely recommend ASSIST.biz, especially when you run a bookkeeping or accounting business and deal with several companies/clients on a regular basis.

> It is more convenient when I upload a bill in assist since it go straight as open bill. Also Supplier name is required in Assist prior to publishing, thus avoiding duplicate Contacts appearing in Quickbooks
