> **Pros**: One of the biggest advantages of Operating is how it makes our staffing process highly efficient while also providing company-wide business transparency. The platform is easy to use, integrates well with our HubSpot CRM and Harvest time tracking, and the support team is always quick to respond. It’s also highly reliable, with no downtime or technical issues. Another great aspect is that the team behind Operating is very receptive to feedback, continuously improving the product based on user input.

The tool also makes it easy to plan the best teams for projects by using real-time data on current workloads and historical time tracking. The filtering and reporting features have significantly improved over time, allowing us to make more informed decisions with less effort. Overall, the ease of use and the ability to automate key processes have been the biggest advantages.

> **Cons**: What I like least about Operating is the lack of a built-in comments feature, which means we have to rely on Slack for discussions and notes about assignments.
