> **Pros**: The unique aspect that I found most interesting in AccountsPortal was journal and ledger drill down. I could be able to go to the particular report of selected transactions and reconcile contrary to doing it afresh if there are some complications and errors which you have to correct.

> **Cons**: AccountsPortal does not support the feature of making payment in batches for suppliers invoices. Every bill had to be processed separately, which proved very tedious when dealing with end of the month expenses through various vendors selected.

> **Pros**: The VAT return acualization and its submission to HMRC was very easy to do. I was very lucky to save a lot of time, when using AccountsPortal. I say that the running billing options were especially effective in handling repeat customers with virtually no input needed.

> **Cons**: The only thing that I had an issues with was that this software does not support auto integration with banks. This gave me the less impression compared to other platforms I used to upload bank statements in which I had to do it weekly.

> **Cons**: I haven't really got into automatic reconciliation of statements or producing my invoices through AccountsPortal. Some simple walk through videos to introduce them to me would be useful.

> It has massively reduced my admin time and made things like VAT a doddle.

> **Cons**: Can't say there's anything I don't like about it for what it does, but for larger organisations it misses some functionality provided by more expensive packages (being able to upload pdf invoices and populate from pdf invoices, completely live bank feeds for example)
> 
> I've used this for three organisations for several years and have recommended it to others, very good value for money and straightforward to use.
