> **Pros**: Auto diagnosis, lots of automatic features, makes charting quick and I don't stress about the quality of my templates and notes.

> **Cons**: Being a newer software with a smaller crew historically, it has been expectedly buggy with a user interface that is functional but not the prettiest. Several of my notes have been accidentally deleted in the past due to software error but it is rare and hasn't happened in a long time. I used to play "whack a mole" with editing and saving and previewing then re-editing and re-saving and re-previewing, etc etc in order to make the software spit out what I needed. I find I don't fight with it that way anymore.

Web based programs allow for more integrations, such as billing, scheduling, payments, etc.  Though, with the connection to ClinicMind/Genesis, these things are possible.
