> **Pros**: ouch Stay is incredibly easy to use while offering a high level of customisation. We were able to create a professional digital guest guide that reflects our brand and provides guests with everything they need before and during their stay. The analytics are very useful, the QR code access works seamlessly, and updating information is instant. It has significantly reduced the number of repetitive guest questions and improved our overall communication.
