The team is amazing to work with and so easy to get a hold of. It's our favorite product to work with for all of our clients and they love it to.

> **Cons**: One of the biggest limitations I’ve experienced with Adaptive is the lack of a clear and efficient way to create and process back charges. In construction, back charges are a normal and necessary part of managing projects, especially when coordinating multiple trades and holding partners accountable. Without a built-in system for this, it creates extra administrative work and increases the risk of miscommunication or missed cost recovery. We’re forced to track these items manually or outside the platform, which defeats the purpose of having an integrated system. A streamlined back charge feature would significantly improve workflow, accuracy, and overall project financial management.

It has proven to be a highly useful and practical tool in our day-to-day operations, helping streamline processes and improve organization across our projects. > **Pros**: It cuts my data entry and tracking time for accounts payable almost completely and accounts payable cycle steps all in one place.  Invoices funnel automatically from email into Adaptive or easily uploaded, initial AI invoice data entry, and pay vendors right within Adaptive through ACH with a button click, separate credit card receipt tracking.  Invoice and receipt images are paired with expense entries and linked to Quickbooks so I don't need invoice/receipt documentation files. Info syncs bill/receipt/payments to Quickbooks software.  I only have a few idiosyncrasies that I do manually and/or edit.  Managing vendor paperwork as well... so much ease and capability for my job in one place\!

> **Cons**: It's a learning curve on set ups and I do encounter bugs with the software (specifically syncing with Quickbooks desktop) but customer service is very responsive to help and I have seen that the Adaptive team almost always fixes bugs permanently as they come up.

The Adaptive software continues to amaze me at the capability and scope and their customer service is sensational.  You can get help on chat almost immediately and their team is consistently open and responsive to feedback from customers.  Reasonably priced as well.  Recommend 100%

Things that used to take us hours or days to compile and track now take only minutes.  The team at Adaptive are responsive and supportive when we have questions.  An added bonus has been the connections to industry partners and benchmarking and learning through webinars.  Adaptive has built a community -- and it's thriving.
