You might think the developers no longer update it, but they’re known for listening to their customers, and even though it’s an older app, I hope they’ll listen to me. > > **Cons**: Some bugs have not yet been resolved. I’ve noticed that text has issues rendering in video. It looks fine on screen, but the generated video either doesn’t appear or is cut off. > > My experience has been good, despite the issue with the text. The ability to customise characters is the reason I bought the software, so that I can create explanatory animated videos for the education sector in my role as a teacher. ----- ### "Get it done quick with Toons AI" — 4.0/5 > **Jade** | *8 September 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: You can easily customize characters to match branding and storytelling. AI scriptwriting is useful if you are on time crunch. > > **Cons**: Limited advanced features, clunky and a little outdated. Export resolution options are limited compared to other professional tools. > > Overall if you need some quick, engaging animations without spending hours or learning professional tools. Not the most stylistic or dynamic. ----- ### "The Underrated Tool for creating Promotion posts and Videos" — 5.0/5 > **Nandu** | *17 April 2025* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Easy to create Templates and Customizability of the Character ( Ability to build and Edit Character ) for creating the video is basically what attrcted me to toons ai . It has a pretty good render speed for videos and some good really voicover. > > **Cons**: It would have been nice, if it had the abilituy to edit the colour of the props. Then it would have truly been amazing. > > Toons Ai is something that I would suggest for every graphic designer and business out , gone are the days that we need simple posters for promotions. The Action packed Characters, Animations and Assets in toons Ai , truly sets it apart from all the competition. It is truly an Underrated Tool. ----- ### "Toons Ai Review" — 5.0/5 > **Kevin** | *22 September 2023* | Animation | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The main features that make the Toons.ai platform a winner is the ability to create unlimited tailor-made characters. Also the speed of rendering multiple videos id very impressive. > > **Cons**: The features are excellent but it is a learning curve to master the editing features. > > My overall experience with TOONS.ai is great because of its powerful storytelling ability. Many brands and organizations love storytelling techniques in their videos because it creates an emotional connections with their audience. Toons.ai is excellent tool at achieving this. ----- ### "It may be a good program once all the bugs are fixed" — 1.0/5 > **wiliam** | *9 October 2023* | Animation | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: It seems like a nice program, it has a lot of characters, a character builder, even supposedly an image to animation program which I never seen implemented in the 14 days > > **Cons**: Bugs, Bugs, Bugs. This program has many bugs needed to be sorted out, one for me was i couldn't render a single video in 14 days and i was only playing with templates. The render engine can be slow at times, not render or the output is a corrupted file. The programmers weren't able to fix this so got a refund > > I used the program for 14 days, and i couldn't render a single video, the render engine either got stuck, put out corrupted filed or the ones that completed were moving things around. i worked with the programmers but in the end i got a refund as the program just didn't work, couldn't be fixed within the 14 days of using it. I posted videos on yt to show all the issues i was having. The program might be nice if it actually worked but at 150, you could get createstudiopro which has a ton more features, more flexibility to control or edit your videos to your liking. Toons.ai lacks a lot of features that csp has which is why it is always my go to app, the fact that toons.ai is a cloud based software fails rendering, says to me it was pushed to market way too early due to all the bugs i seen ----- Page: 1 / 11\ Next: [Next page](https://www.capterra.com.sg/software/1055685/toons-ai?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.com.sg/software/1055685/toons-ai) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
