> **Pros**: I like their customer service. I can just call a team member directly and if they don't answer right away, they get back to me within the hour. I've never felt like they didn't care or couldn't help. They know a lot about management too\!

> **Cons**: I wish the reporting was a little more robust and eventually I want to create custom leases. That being said, I know they are making constant improvements and I'll be sticking with them for that reason\!
