Far as customer support they are good at getting back to you quickly once in a great while it will take a bit of time all depends on the hour of the day. Far as security of keeping things safe I had no problem with the security part but like all ai platforms your in the cloud so if the company doesn't keep things under lock and key anyone is vaunable . And far as content marketing never heard my friends complain ablout it they use it for that more than I do.
