> **Pros**: support is top notch, quick to resolve any issue at hand, which is why i give five stars alone. not to mention super easy to use.

> **Cons**: i have only had a couple of issues in the past with gift cards being redeemed, being delayed, and maybe more specifics on expiration dates in the future..

> We have only had a couple cards with issues, and after contacting their support team, was resolved in minutes. i had one card when i first started using BlackHawk i wasnt aware of expiration. they went above and beyond by explaining in detail each step of redeeming, in ways i could understand, and then proceed to re activating my card for me so i didnt loose it when it was my fault so nothing bad here to say. i highly recommend anybody give them a try. its worth it for sure.

We like that we can order multiple vendors in one transaction and appreciate the electronic option because they are delivered very QUICKLY and in a convenient Excel spreadsheet that allows us to track recipients. 10/10 Recommend\!
