It has innovative study features baked in, that allows learners to see where they need to focus more time as well as handy tools to make studying easier. From the course authoring side of things, Acadio is structured in such a way that a small team can manage a large catalog of courses and content. Acadio as a company is highly responsive and relatable. Issues are infrequent, but when they occur, are promptly addressed. Implementation was considerably easier than we expected with Acadio assisting with the import of our course content. We were able to rapidly provision courses and link them to our e-commerce platform. > > **Cons**: When we started with Acadio, documentation was lacking for few areas. This is a great product\! The product is easy to use and customer service is great. Acadio allows content to be customized to your content style; our content uses different title styles and different shading for important topics and for examples, and this LMS allows for that. As a content reviewer, the ability to see exactly what was changed (highlighted in red for removals, green for additions) with the compare feature is very helpful and makes reviewing content changes easy and efficient. It is also helpful to see what activities/questions have changed or are a draft as those are indicated with a "Draft" icon. Also being able to see older versions of the content is useful as well. The flexibility to publish changes/updates live immediately or at a later date is critical in our industry; as corrections might need to go live immediately but updates for the next testing window don't need to go live until a later date. Love the note feature\! Being able to leave notes on a question or content activity is very useful, we leave notes for other team members (editors/reviewers) specific to that question/content, for future suggestions/edits needed, etc. The tag feature is useful for organizing and filtering questions by tag (and you create your tags based on your needs). The topics tree is helpful to make sure you have questions for every content activity and to see the number of questions for each activity in a quick view. > > **Cons**: Compared to our previous LMS, there really are no cons to the Acadio LMS. A con would be having to learn a new LMS, but the Acadio LMS is easy to learn and easy to use, and customer support is awesome.
