Helps Understand the Mood of The Conversation

Comments: We use the tool for sentimental analysis. With the use of the tool we have been able to achieve a good reaction and customize direct customer relation. From a text we are able to tell how the customer feels about our services and products.

Pros:

What's best with the tool is that it helps you to understand if the message is positive, negative or neutral. It helps to read messages and feedback across all the different channels . Once the text are analysed, you are able to address the negative messages , and understand what you are doing wrong.

Cons:

Offers the excellent opportunity to understand what customer say about your product.

Why I Like ChatPulse

Pros:

We use ChatPulse to understand employee emotions and it has been great thanks to it's text Analytics featuresThe software works well with slackUnderstanding it is quite easy and it has helped in ensuring the welfare of our employees

Cons:

With all its features and how effective it is, I don't have a reason to dislike it

With chatpulse communication is easier

Pros:

The integration between slack and chatpulse is perfect without fail, when I integrated this application to slack and it began to show me the feelings and emotions it detected I found it super useful because it actually works and detects people's moods through text very well .its price and quality are cheap and very good

Cons:

It would be nice if it could be integrated with more applications and not just with slack, as it currently comes.

Sentimental Analysis

Pros:

What I like about the tool is the sentimental analysis features. With the feature am able to understand my business more by knowing where or what am doing wrong and doing right. Any text in our wall is analyzed and we are able to tell if its positive, negative or neutral. We are then able to change the conversation to fit into our positive side. It also has a feature of text analysis but for me the sentimental carries the day.

Cons:

It offers more than I ever imagined. No feature that's annoying.

Enhances Emotional and Effective Text Communication

Pros:

The tool is easy to use and deploy. It also integrates flawless with other text based communication platform. The tool gives us an upper hand to understand a text message and thus give an appropriate message with no offense.

Cons:

With ease of integration and deployment, features and functionality are fine.
