I added the link to my Instagram bio and clients keep booking with me wherever they are ready. I spent hours scheduling clients, texting them, receiving calls, etc. Now the select services, available time, and done\! I received a notification that they booked with me. I can accept or decline it. I also like client reminders. They are not sent automatically, but they are fully customized and I just need to select the messenger. I can send them even through WhatsApp or Instagram. It doesn't really bother me that I need to send them manually because it's free :) I don't need to pay an additional fee for sending them how many other services do. They have so many different templates for these reminders, like for upcoming appointments, online booking confirmation, clients' birthdays, reminders to send messages to inactive clients or reminders to book their next appointment, follow up messages, and many others\!I like that there is a client confirmation link which I send with an appointment reminder and the client confirms it, and I receive a notification, so I know that client will show up.Also, I track all my sales and expenses. Now I know for sure how much I earn and spend because before that I was a bit lazy about it and didn't bother to calculate many things. I even started adding my personal expenses in there 😆. You can share your available time as a pic or text and send it to your clients or post it on Instagram, it's automatically generated. > > **Cons**: I missed the client deposit feature, but they say they are working on it. I love that it sends out reminders to the clients and thank you text messages after their service. > > **Cons**: Cons for me would be the time available as I’ve stated previously my clients get on there and my hours are from 9 AM to 11 PM but the only time available that they’re seeing to book on their end is the first one at 9 AM. No other times are showing available for them to book which is an inconvenience for me because then I have to manually book their appointment. Another con is not having a different number to text the reminders or the think you text it comes from my actual number and I don’t know if I like that. And the fact that I have to hit some thing to send a reminder or send a text message and it just doesn’t automatically send for me. I don’t like that either. Another con is customer service.
