Comments: They do not have good post sale assistance at all, they say they are working on a matter and completely ignore you for months. I've had to ask for feedback on very simple subjects and gotten no text back. Honestly would NEVER buy it again.

The information given is incomplete, 95% of the times the data does not have accurate and complete information. A lot of unknown, not found, etc, especially in the most crucial data (BL, price, supplier/buyer name).

What's even better is that I could refine this information by choosing a state, port, transportation Mode, or trading country.

For smaller businesses with limited budgets, taking annual subscriptions might not be manageable. It’s better for TDP to consider starting a monthly subscription system.
