> **Pros**: I like that I only have to enter hours once and can submit directly from Foundation to Payroll4Construction.  Also, knowing that tax deposits are made timely is big help.
> 
> **Cons**: Until I understood how sequencing worked, I was confused.  Once they explained how P4C knows where to pull information from it all made sense\!
> 
> We transitioned from using a PEO to Payroll4Construction and they helped ensure that everything was set up in advance.  Excellent customer service in every interaction\!

> **Pros**: I like that P4C handles the taxes for us, as those can be pretty confusing. I appreciate how quickly support gets back to us when we have an urgent issue. I do appreciate supports checks once we submit payroll - there have been a few times they caught some errors for me. I love the employee wage detail report, as well as the timecard history. Those reports have help me tremendously with reporting I have to do.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it feels like the answers from support can be not a full effort response. We ran into quite a few problems with our fringe, and had to talk to multiple support people to finally get it figured out. I would like more opportunities for custom reporting, although that is more on the accounting side, payroll reports are pretty good. I was VERY disappointed with our support when we first launched - a ton of stuff was set up incorrectly that we didn't realize until way down the road.

> Overall, it has been good. It has simplified our payroll process quite a bit, and it is nice having easy access to support, which we didn't always have with past providers.

> **Cons**: Corrections are simple but unfortunately employees have to wait until the next pay cycle for the correction to go through on their end.

> Has been seamlessly easy to use, very helpful when questions and or problems arise. Logging a call is super easy and you receive a call back in a timely manner with a knowledgeable fix

> **Pros**: I like that they handle the tax document preparation and submittal.  The reports are easy to read and understand.

> **Cons**: I don't like that it takes forever to resolve an issue.  I submitted a ticket for 2 W2's to be corrected in December and it was June before it was completed.
> 
> Overall the experience was good once I was able to connect with someone and they walked me through the reports and how read them.  Initially the weekly P4C JE's were set up incorrectly so after that was resolved it made more sense.
