## About the vendor

- **Company**: EZ File Drop

## Commercial Context

- **Starting Price**: US$12.00
- **Pricing model**: Flat Rate (Free Trial)
- **Pricing Details**: EZ File Drop is priced on the bandwidth you use, not on storage or seats. Files are delivered into cloud storage you already own, so there is no second storage bill, and Business and Premium include up to 20 users with no per-seat fees.

Three plans: Starter at $12/month (5 GB of uploads per month, one user), Business at $49/month (100 GB, up to 20 users), and Premium at $149/month (1 TB, up to 20 users, custom domains, priority support). Pay annually and get two months free.

Every plan includes unlimited upload forms, unlimited cloud connections, and all six destinations: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, and FTP/SFTP. The 25 GB per-submission cap on Business and Premium can be raised on request.

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial of the Business plan. No credit card required. Your forms keep working if you go over your monthly allowance, and nothing already delivered to your cloud is ever touched, including if you cancel.

### "Time-saver, easy to use" — 4.0/5

> **Sam** | *20 November 2023* | Recreational Facilities & Services | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: You can't really beat the convenience for file sharing and meeting compliance needs. You can send files directly to Google or Dropbox or whatever Cloud-based software you're working with with ease. My favorite thing is that there's no app downloading required\!
>
> **Cons**: Truthfully I can't think of something I don't like. There aren't too many features but I don't need a lot for this function.
