> **Pros**: I love how Respona streamlines our entire outreach workflow. It saves a ton of effort by combining accurate prospect discovery, automatic follow ups, and verified contacts all under one tool. The interface is super intuitive to use, which makes my job so much easier, and the quality of the contact details consistently impresses me.

> **Cons**: At first I was worried the credit system might get expensive. But honestly, after using it regularly, I realized the credits are pretty reasonably priced, especially compared to the excellent data quality and accuracy we get. The cost is comparable to other top tools we've used. One thing worth clarifying: Respona does offer an unlimited agency plan for email sending, but that doesn't apply to the credits themselves, which confused me a bit initially.

> **Cons**: Lifetime credits are used before monthly credits which seems backwards. Despite spending credits to weed out lack of quality still sent to some clearly irrelevant emails like a small town fire department.

> **Cons**: Not too sure if it is a fault on my end, but the campaign outreach is running very slow. I also understand that monetisation is important to keep the platform up, but the credits get used up very quickly.

> Overall I would say it is an amazing tool. Obviously we have not had an ROI on it as yet. I am still getting more success with manual outreaches, but we will keep on testing.
