> **Pros**: 自社管理のデータウェアハウス上で実績値を管理するため、単純なレポーティングだけでなく、機械学習など多岐に渡る活用を見越した運用が可能な点。また、サポートのレスポンスも非常に良く、不具合や不明点の解消にかかる時間が短く済む点も高評価。

> **Cons**: 検索性に関して若干気になる点がある。Excelテンプレート内における紐づけ済みプロモーションの画面で検索が出来ないことや、プロモーション、レポート生成の画面で並び替え順序がプロモーション名に限定されていることなど。また、CSVによる各種一括インポートやAPIによる外部からのリクエストなどがあるとなお利用しやすい。GAデータのレポーティングも今後できると嬉しい。

> **Cons**: 致し方ないことと納得はしていますが、新しいプロダクトなど、即時で対応できているわけではないので、手動との組み合わせが必要になってしまいます。媒体によって取得したい項目が取得できないなどもあるため、多媒体を運用しているケースだと、部分的にしか使えない状況でもあります。

> 初期設定に少し時間はかかるものの、それももうすぐ解消されるようなので期待しています。一度設定してしまえば、毎日の工数が削減されるほか、ＢＩツールと連携（手動ですが）するフローさえ構築しておけば、とても楽に複数媒体の前日実績まで確認できて、導入してよかったと感じる場面が多いツールです。本当に有難いです。

> **Cons**: 使い方やデータの登録には慣れが必要。使い始めてしばらく経つが今でも難しいと感じる場面が多い。ヘルプページやサポートが充実しているので多くの場合は迅速に解決できる。また、ツール内メニューは何がどこにあるのかわかりにくい気がする（例：「Excel」という同名のメニューが二箇所にあって別々のページに飛ぶ　等）。

> 全体的な満足度は高い。利用料金以上の時短・コスト削減効果は感じている。当社のような小規模利用であっても対応できるのが嬉しいポイント。難しい要望だと思うが、もっとシンプルに操作できるようになれば嬉しい。慣れが必要なので、誰にでもおすすめできるとは思わない。
