> **Pros**: I use the nutrition report and nutrient daily summary the most. Very user-friendly. The customer service has been top-notch\!

> **Cons**: The new change with the location of biometrics, TDE, BMR. I’m sure I will get used to it, but it doesn’t seem as user-friendly to have it below where the calories are I would prefer to see where the client is at and then scroll down to set the calorie needs it just feels out of order and clunky. I appreciate the changes that were made to the macro settings, but I still will sometimes for a quick reference jump over to the other app because it’s like a dial… Even on the free version if I know I want my client at 1650 cal and 30% protein. It’s just easy to dial rather than clicking up and down and sometimes your system glitches and does not set right away

> Overall, I do enjoy the app, I think I just need more practice with sharing recipes… I need to be a better resource for my clients because they are having a little bit of a hard time with recipe sharing right now. Otherwise I do recommended to other coaches.

> **Cons**: Messaging system is very sensitive. My clients or myself get locked out often and you must go through several hoops to get back in and once you do information is lost.

> Overall positive. Minus the few glitches in the messaging system I love the app.
