> **Pros**: the impersonation of the company's email was something constant that damaged the reputation with messages that were not directly from us, the solution was found to hire Skysnag who has done an exceptional job giving authenticity to our domain having a correct configuration so that it can be type of impersonations do not effect our company

> **Cons**: Its platform at first is difficult to understand how it is used and where to start configuring
