> **Pros**: The platform is easy to use and we were able to build and see its capabilities for free. Attendees were able to use with no issues and their customer support team was super helpful leading up to our event.

> **Cons**: Would love to see a MAX bid feature for our auction and the ability to allow guests to cover the fees, which I got an email after our event notifying me they just rolled this out. That will be great for next year's event.
