> **Pros**: The ability to customize some dashboards with specific data was interesting. There is also a lot more useful information in the realtime graphs than in some other competing products.
> 
> **Cons**: It was too hard to find some of the most basic APM data. Even simple APM requests were hard to track down without custom setup. The graphs looked nice, but overall weren't as useful as the data in similar products.
> 
> APM was hard to use, difficult to setup, and we frequently had performance problems in production, including the occasional problem with our services due to problems with Lightstep.
