> **Pros**: It is easy to create a survey with RateMyService. The template is simple enough to customize especially with various emojis. Anyone can do it in less than a few minutes. Just using 3 types of ratings, I can see which areas I need to work on.

> **Pros**: I like the way it can be set up. It's straightforward, and you don't need any tech skills to be a pro with this service. It has all that is necessary to get quality feedback. When a user clicks on the emoji icon, they get a customer survey to fill out if they want to give a proper review of the service. It's very well organized, and I love the dashboard where is everything almost suits my logic. It depends on the user to user, but it's easy to find everything you need to start with the service.

> **Cons**: I would love to have this service in my language, and for now, I miss the opportunity for custom translation. The service is available in Arabic, Danish, English, French, German, Russian, and Spanish, but I need it to be available in Serbian because I didn't find the ability to change the survey page (customer feedback form).  The question is editable.
