> **Pros**: Although we don't use all the features within the Medallion platform the features we do use are easy to use and access. The interface is simple to navigate and I think we get a good value for the money.

> **Cons**: Our initial rollout was a bit clunky. Our physicians that already have an account on the platform under other healthcare systems have to use a unique email address for our account.

> I find the Medallion platform to be stable and our API connection hasn't failed to my knowledge. Support is easy to access though chat but it's difficult getting someone on the phone.

> **Cons**: Redundancy of documents (i.e. all license screenshot populate in the documents list when they could just stay in the license field). Finding documents is a bit hard because of this for providers whose licenses are constantly being verified on the back end
