We are able to use this product for scheduling, patient and employee contacts, generating various reports, billing for services rendered and monitoring daily production.

> **Pros**: I like the ease of looking up clients and employees phone numbers when needed. The billing engine is also great. I like the added feature of the blue check marks showing to let me know that I've already submitted that claim. Easy to forget when billing for multiple clients. I like the ease of being able to send employees SMS messages

> **Cons**: I would like to add a feature for employees that will include their birthdays and date of terminations with reason for termination and if they are eligible for rehire or not. Also, for aides' certifications to alert when they will expire soon as clients' authorizations expire
