> **Pros**: This software enables the nonprofit I work for to reach educators in developing countries with the support and content knowledge they need to become more effective in their classrooms. Our members are spread all over the world, but through Participate we can gather them together to learn new teaching strategies and build relationships with each other. We find great value in being able to link workshop videos with discussion boards with "coursework" so that teachers can find many modalities of support.
