Saves Me Valuable Time

Comments: Inspector Toolbelt saves me valuable time. Having one app to set up an appointment, conduct the inspection with the use of templates if needed and also the ability to process invoices and payments with the data being synced across all my devices is awesome. Straight forward yet filled with features and the added Knowledge Base and keyword search is always there if in need of help.

Pros:

The straightforward process of setting up an appointment and then the further benefit of having multiple inspection templates to streamline an inspection.

Cons:

Nothing. Look forward to more States/Provinces being added for the convenience of using the detailed property address section in other countries.

Perfect for what we needed

Comments: Excellent experience. Team was so helpful with getting us started. Highly recommend it.

Pros:

Love how we can have invoicing and our report writing all in one. Also having it on my phone and my computer is very convenient

Cons:

They don’t have a company statistics report yet. I put a request in for it as we need quarterly performance reports

Comments: Software has save me about 1 hour per inspection

Pros:

Software is designed to reduce clicks and is very fast. Easy to customize in the field. Syncs with all your devices instantly.

Cons:

Great new features coming out, but I wish they would come out faster. I am in a hurry!!

Great Home Inspection and scheduling software!!

Pros:

Speed, ease of use, great reports and customer service.

Cons:

I would like to have address book and ability to make field report into a template. These features are coming.

It Cut My Report Time in Half

Comments: By far the best home inspection software I have ever used

It cut my reporting time in half - couldn't believe it

Cons:

I like a lot about it, but I would like team scheduling. They are coming out with that I hear though
