> **Pros**: The ability to easily integrate and exchange data between different products in a formalized way. The large portfolio of pre-built plugins simplifies integration, in our case particularly for monitoring- and Service/Help Desk tools.

> **Cons**: A bit too cumbersome to exchange tickets from one ticketing system to another ticketing system and keep the defined standards for each of the systems.
> 
> We are very happy with 1Gateway. It enables us to quickly integrate third-party monitoring tools and Service Desk tools with very little effort. In cases where there is no pre-built plugin, it is easy to customize your own.
