> **Cons**: Pricing does punish you but does make your life easier in terms of work. In addition, the UI could also be improved.

> My overall experience was great \&amp; ConnectWise RMM makes it simple to analyze issues regarding to PC in the monitoring software. I had no issues installing the RMM tool \&amp; providing great CS to clients in reach.

> **Cons**: I don't like when things are available to use in the menu, but are broken and deemed unsupported. Small things like 'Scheduling a reboot with a popup for the end user' have been broken for over a year, but available to try and use in the interface. Let's get that simple thing fixed\!

Being able to recall patches, or individually push a single patch a specific customer only are pretty large oversights in terms of functionality. The entire patching process needs an overhaul so that we can more easily/accurately patch across varying customers with varying schedule needs.

> **Pros**: We transitioned from Labtech to CW RMM 18 months ago.  The ability to remotely manage and support people on their devices continues to be excellent. We make heavy use of fields like Friendly names and last contact, last reboot, along with the enhanced access to the "backstage" to connect to devices without disrupting the enduser.  While it is has taken time to rebuild deployment and reporting scripts, that feature is crucial to ongoing support. In addition, the "single pane of glass" approach to all inventory, patching, vulnerability scanning is beneficial for those tapping into the full license stack.

> **Cons**: We just started evaluating the new vulnerability scanning service and moving from identification of vulnerability to remediation is not as seamless as we would hope. Also, it would be great to have the "last contact" field visible in the devices view (we have to pull a report to get that data currently).

> CW RMM provides an upgrade in functionality from Labtech and the integration into the overall CW ecosystem.  However, not all of the new services are "fully backed" so we are looking forward to seeing things like vulnerability scanning improve over time.

> **Pros**: Installing agents was somewhat easy, the platform is easy to use for the monitoring of client devices and the integration with other products is good.&#10;There are quite a lot of different alerting configuring that can be setup wither that be simple of complex, remote access via Screen Connect is fast.

> **Cons**: No pricing for MSP's to lookup if we wanted to setup new services, we have to go through an account manager first.
> 
> A positive experience so far, their Tech Advantage service is a great addition of you don't have the time or just require a little more help.
