You can created 1:1 or group programs and create content to be delivered on a schedule without adding more to your own to do list. Clients can create and track their goals in the app. Video calls and direct messaging available seamlessly within the app. One system that takes care of multiple system needs.

> **Cons**: It is still a new system, they're still growing what is available to coaches so this is not the end product. Things will shift and change, but they're listening to the coaches using the app and what we need from a client management system.
