As someone who isn't particularly technical, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I was able to get up and running without any training or hand-holding. The desk booking feature is seamlessly simple, you can see exactly which desks are available, filter by floor or zone, and reserve your spot in just a few taps. The meeting room booking is equally smooth; you get a clear real-time view of room availability, can book in seconds, and receive instant confirmations. There's no confusion, no double-bookings, and no back-and-forth emails trying to figure out who has which room. The interface is clean, uncluttered, and feels modern without being overwhelming. It genuinely made managing our office space something I looked forward to rather than dreaded.

> **Cons**: Honestly, it's difficult to find significant fault with ProSpace given how well it performs its core functions. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some of the more advanced customisation options such as setting specific booking rules or adjusting desk availability windows  could be a little more discoverable within the settings. That said, this is a minor point and in no way impacted the day-to-day experience. A slightly more guided onboarding walkthrough for admins could help new users unlock the platform's full potential even faster.

The platform is stable, responsive, and consistently reliable — I can't recall a single instance of downtime or a booking error. > **Pros**: It is convenient to secure a desired seat in advance, fitting the purpose of operating a smart office.&#10;The calendar view allows intuitive checking of meeting room reservation status.&#10;Integration with O365 makes schedule management easy.&#10;In the case of the wayfinder, utilizing the news feed to broadcast announcements in the employees' movement routes has had a positive effect on organizational culture.
