> **Pros**: La adaptabilidad a una realidad compleja como es la de un restaurante, hotel. Compras complejas, a múltiples proveedores con precios dinámicos y productos que han de transformase. Es una industria muy compleja de controlar y gstock lo permite.

> **Cons**: Algo que han resuelto recientemente. La web app era un tanto compleja, eso sí necesariamente compleja. Ahora al sacar la versión app los usuarios contamos con una versión tipo backoffice muy parametrizable, y también una app muy sencilla y accesible para camareros y cocineros.

> Gestiono restaurantes y una cadena de tiendas take-away pequeñas. Es una herramienta indispensable, mucho más que el software de ventas o el de contabilidad. No he encontrado alternativa en el mercado que tenga su potencial y recorrido, todo lo que hay son apps superficiales que cubren solo una pequeña parte del espectro (pedidos o escandallos). gstock es tan potente que la utilizo como herramienta analítica para crear mi cuenta de resultados completa.

> **Pros**: Todos los lo pedidos a proveedores los enviamos desde la APP del móvil en un segundo y la entrada del stock es automática. Además tiene un sistema de inventarios con la APP del móvil que nos reducido un 75% el tiempo dedicado . La integración con el TPV automatiza las bajas de Stock de materia prima mediante la vinculación a escandallos, que por cierto, son muy fáciles de hacer. El conjunto de informes para analizar es intuitivo y lo puedo compartir con personal y socios.

> **Cons**: Hasta 2021 no tenían versión para móvil pero por suerte esto ya ha quedado resuelto.

> La pantallas y el lenguaje utilizado son muy amigables e intuitivos, lo que permite que el personal empiece a utilizarlo de inmediato.

> **Pros**: De las funciones que tiene la app destacaría la de inventario, dado que permite asociar productos a diferentes ubicaciones de inventario, lo cual hace, que a su vez, los responsable de cada ubicación mantengan un orden y transparencia en las exitencias.&#10;El producto es muy intuitivo y de fácil manejo una vez que se entienden sus premisas básicas.&#10;La integración con nuestros procesos ha sido fácil puesto que el sistema permite exportar todos los informes en formato Excel.

> **Cons**: Echo en falta las siguientes funciones:&#10;-El poder discriminar aquellos productos pertenecientes a categorías que no quiero asociar masivamente a una ubicación de inventario. &#10;-El poder escoger mas de un producto a la vez a la hora de generar un pedido o un albarán.&#10;-La configuración de promociones y bonificaciones en el formato de cada producto (Coca Cola) y el cálculo de rápeles&#10;-El poder buscar el producto en cuestión por el código de referencia del proveedor.&#10;-Un procedimiento de mapeo más agíl para la importación masiva de productos.

> La experiencia que vivo a diario con Gstock es buena. Es un sistema generalmente ágil que para mi entraña la gran ventaja de poder gestionar con exactitud el coste que asume cada restaurante. Es un sistema transparente que con el transcurso del tiempo y con mayor conocimiento adquirido a diario nos está permitiendo detectar puntos de mejora.
