> **Pros**: The illusion that Rating Captain will improve visibility of my Clinic on Google Maps. It was only an unwarranted promise for which I have paid heavily in monetary terms and visibility.

> **Cons**: Rating Captain lack of business ethics. They are unreasonable, aggressive. Theirs business ethics are questionable.

> Extremely bad, not only they didn't help but they ask for another month payment because I was late by 1 day with my notice. I reasoned with them but they put me up for collection, published the debt on an auction. Very ruthless.
