> **Pros**: Nous recherchions depuis longtemps un outil complet (CRM + ERP) pour notre agence. Nous avons au cours des dernières années testés bon nombre de logiciels mais aucun n’étaient fait pour notre métier. L’approche sectoriel de Furious offre une expertise métier sans précédent.

> **Cons**: Les automatisations de prospection de masse (tel que le déclenchement des automatisations sur plusieurs jours pour les séquences e-mail ne sont pas encore totalement automatisées : changement de statut du prospect) mais les solutions évoluent beaucoup et nous voyons du mieux très régulièrement.

> **Pros**: Furious offre une solution totalement pensée pour les agences, avec un choix ESN ou agence classique.  la couverture fonctionnelle est très complète, notamment en matière de pilotage de projet, de suivi des temps, de gestion de la rentabilité et de facturation. L’intégration entre les différents modules (CRM, production, finance) est plutot simple et fluide et permet une tres bonne vision  de l’activité. La réactivité du support (Merci Aline) sont également des points très positifs.

> **Cons**: Ca reste neanmoins un progiciel qu'il faut prendre en main, et pour lequel le paramétrage n'est pas hyper simple. Il ne faut donc pas lésiner sur la préparation des datas et la formation. Autre point, l’interface utilisateur, bien que fonctionnelle, pourrait bénéficier d’une ergonomie plus claire sur certains écrans. Trop d'infos est parfois contradictoire avec l'objectif recherché. Heureusement, dans les dashboards personnalisés, on peut choisir de minimiser certaines infos. Certaines fonctionnalités demandent aussi un temps d’adoption qui peut prendre plusieurs mois aussi. Enfin, la facturation pourrait etre plus ergonomique dans la presentation des choix mais j'ai compris que ce point la evoluait en permanenece.

> Notre expérience avec Furious a globalement été très positive. L’outil nous a permis de structurer davantage notre pilotage interne, de renforcer la traçabilité des temps et d’améliorer la visibilité sur la rentabilité par projet. Ne aps faire l'impasse sur de grandes sessions d'onboarding ets nécessaire pour tirer pleinement parti de la richesse fonctionnelle de la solution. C’est un outil qui convient très bien à une structure d’agence digitale avec une organisation par projets, pôles ou métiers.
