> **Pros**: It provides an easy way to bulk update projects in Project Server.

> **Cons**: I had to click 600 projects one by one to include them in the bulk upload as I was splitting them up into 5 separate uploads.  That was such a pain.  Would be great if there were better multi select functions, even just being able to click anywhere in the line containing the project to allow the tick box to become 'ticked'.  Maybe a select all in window to auto-tick all the projects you can see on the screen window.

> **Pros**: The tool is very good, for first timers should get the training from fluent and also read the material from the site to learn what is possible to do.
The support is good

> **Cons**: Sometimes when importing project files a macro opens and it is really hard to click ok since fluent takes over the control and forces the solution to be on top of anything opened. I had hard time during the last migration because the macro opened and I had to keep trying to click ok to close the warning message and close the macro page.

I did not want to cancel the process because I was importing more than 1000 items per batch.

> Happy that we have this tool, as long we know the limitations, what the tool will do and not and inform the customer everybody will be happy in the end.
It saves a lot of time specially for big projects with several custom fields, allocations etc.

> **Pros**: The main feature that we benefit from is the ability to do bulk editing, especially of our resource pool entries.  Without this it would take a significant amount of effort to update all entries in the resource pool as/when we have to make changes that impact all resources (e.g. changing rates.)

> **Cons**: Although there is the option to retain my login information for PWA - I find that I have to enter the information each time.   Not a major issue - but a niggle more than anything

> Overall this has been very positive.  The Customer Support training was useful to kick of our use and through our own exploration of functionality allows us to manage those activities that would normally take a significant amount of time to achieve doing them manually.
