> **Pros**: Truthfully, the greatest thing about this software is how much value it gives at an affordable price point. We researched some other enterprise-level solutions demanding thousands of dollars per month, whereas WaitWell's starting package of only $29 gave us all we required for the startup. The prices are very reasonable for a mid-size business, and there are no hidden costs draining our budget.&#10;&#10;We found the scheduling tool very useful because we operate a healthcare clinic and hence have to deal with both scheduled and walk-in visits. WaitWell allows us to organize them in one interface. Now our patients are able to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments without contacting us; thus, our receptionists are able to concentrate on patients rather than phone calls.&#10;&#10;With respect to the patient registration system, the QR code scanning option is very convenient because guests just need to use their smartphone, sign the necessary papers online, and our staff members will receive notifications via SMS.

> **Cons**: Two minor things:&#10;&#10;First, the learning curve for the advanced admin settings isn't zero. Setting up custom workflows and complex reports took me a couple of hours to really wrap my head around. The basic setup is a breeze—I had check-in running in under an hour—but if you want to get creative with automation, plan to spend some time clicking around or watching a video.&#10;&#10;Second, and this is important—let's talk about security. It's excellent for visitor logs, digital waivers, and basic check-in records, but it's not a physical security system. You won't get surveillance cameras, door access control, or threat detection. If you're expecting that, you'll be disappointed. But for managing who's in your building and why, it does the job perfectly. We actually feel safer because there's less crowding, but I don't want anyone to confuse this with a security alarm system.

Used for around six months now and cannot see myself going back to our previous paper-and-pen system.&#10;&#10;Speaking of value for money, hard to compete with this product here. Savings in staff time through automated reminders and check-ins alone are more than worth the cost per month. It used to take our admin team hours of manually calling patients to confirm their appointments—we don't have to anymore.&#10;&#10;The learning curve for building a custom report was rather tough at first, but the customer support team helped me via live chat within minutes. As for basic tasks such as visitor check-in and appointment booking, any employee of ours could handle it without any training.&#10;&#10;From the perspective of security and compliance, really nice to work with this product digitally. Lost paper waivers are gone, and we can find the record of a visitor or a signed document whenever needed.

Another major advantage has been reducing missed appointments and improving scheduling reliability. It offers automated reminders and notifications that have helped keep our teams aligned, resulting in better utilization of available service windows and minimizing disruptions. The reporting capabilities have also been valuable. Waitwell's real time dashboards and extensive builtin reporting allow us to monitor wait times, service demand, customer flow and operational performance in performance. These insights support faster decisions around staffing and workload balancing.

Also additional flexibility in the location view would also be useful. > **Pros**: My experience with WaitWell as a Full Stack Developer in an IT services and consulting firm has been more focused on business workflow implementation, integration, and validation than on day-to-day management. One thing I noticed was that the platform followed a defined approach for appointments and queue management, which made it easy to understand application behaviour before commencing development. During integration work, the workflow was predictable enough to map frontend and backend functions without continual need changes. Because the business process was well-defined, it made it easier for our team to estimate development effort from a planning perspective. Task management was also easier since development activities could be divided down according to distinct workflow stages instead of managing everything as a single feature. Because everyone used the same operating procedure, collaboration between developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and implementation teams went more smoothly. Access restrictions made testing various user roles easier, and security features matched the requirements of enterprise applications. On a few times, we called customer service with questions about installation, and the answers were helpful rather than generic. Considering the scope of capabilities available, I felt the platform delivered reasonable value for money on projects where appointment management was a fundamental necessity.

> **Pros**: I love how easy the platform is to set up, especially from an IT perspective. I signed up, and in less than an afternoon, we were up and running\! The support team did a lot of the heavy lifting, while I added customization. Our marketing department was also easily able to update our branding in a couple of clicks.

Our sales reps can either schedule an appointment for a welcome call with a customer post-sale or they can add the customer to the queue and upload any attachments, which makes this super easy and straightforward for our project management team.
