> **Pros**: Friday est une maison pour votre travail. Il semble être un excellent outil pour une petite équipe performante. Ce qui est magnifique est qu'il me donnait un instantané de toute ma journée, personnelle et professionnelle où il m'envoie quotidiennement un courriel résumant ma journée à venir, je le trouve si utile.

> **Cons**: Depuis que j'utilise Friday pour des raisons professionnelles, je n'ai rien rencontré que je n'aime pas. Je crois que j'ai besoin d'avoir une application pour suivre mes tâches quotidiennement. Mais je pense que le prix est un peu élevé. Malgré ça, j'aimerais que plus de mes coéquipiers l'utilisent.

> **Pros**: Le plus apprécié dans ce logiciel est sa simplicité. Friday est simple à utiliser et possède toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaire afin de gérer les livraisons, les cartes cadeaux. Ainsi, le programme de fidélité de Friday est une bonne idée aussi.

> **Cons**: Le moins apprécié dans ce logiciel est qu'il y a un manque de Webinars pour les utilisateurs. Ainsi c'est impossible de déployer sur Linux.

> Selon mon experience, on a utilisé Friday afin de gérer des restaurants. Ce logiciel est intégré dans une solution Cloud.
