> **Cons**: There are many things I did not like which I will mention in my overall experience but there is constant software updates with no warning that we will have to do that, sensors dont work even with software update, customer service takes forever, getting charged money left and right for something that doesn't work

> I have had Dexis sensors for many many years and in the last couple years their product quality has severely declined\! I have had one of my assistants call 2-3 times with issues about sensors not working. It was clear that it was definetly a sensor issue. My assistant spent 3 hours updating the software on every computer and then she had to do it again. All of that done for nothing because a week later sensors stopped working again\! Customer service takes a long time and on top of the ongoing sensor issues, I am getting charged left and right every week for fees that don't make any sense. If I am paying, for what it seems like, every week for warranty, care and software etc why do the sensors not work. I returned two sensors and got two new ones. I did tat another time prior. Those did not work. Then updated the software, worked for one week and they do not work anymore. As a very busy dentist, it is super inconvenient to constantly be having issues with sensors and not being able to take xrays and its also very inconvenient for my assistant to be on the phone and having to remote in on every computer to see what the issue is while we are seeing patients.

I bought three sensors and two died within a year and a half.

> The image is great, but the quality control is horrible. I bought three sensors and two died within a year in a half. I have the warranty, but they want an additional $6,000. I spent hours on the phone trying to get the IT depart to even diagnose the problem. The sensors are in mint condition.
