Love the feature of patients being able to complete intake paperwork prior to the arrival at the clinic and also the ability to push forms to their email/phone in the event something is missed. I also like the portal for tickets and the response time of the team.

> **Cons**: Only downfall I see is when things that were there suddenly aren't. For instance, our ROI form was added to be included in all intake for new patients, and then suddenly it isn't providing that form.
