> **Pros**: Databaseに負荷なく、リアルタイムにモニタリングでき、瞬時に障害調査が行え、障害要因を取り除くことができること。全て、GUIライクに対応できることが秀逸。

> **Cons**: 複数システムをPDB単位で集約し、DB基盤としてエンドユーザに提供しているのですが、MaxGaugeで集約される単位がインスタンス＋スキーマとなってしまっています。RAC構成の場合、インスタンスで泣き別れてしまい、かつ、PDB毎に同名スキーマが存在した場合、スキーマ名で集約されてしまいます。これらのグルーピングの仕方について、いろいろと選択肢があった方が便利かと思います。

> **Pros**: ・採用するにあたりMSSQLの性能分析ツールをいくつか比較したが、ここまで細かいデータを収集・保管している製品の中では最も安価だった。・処理されたSQLを保管していることもあり非常にデータ量が多いのだが、MSSQL版に関して言うとデータを日付ごとにデータベースに保管しているので、それを別で圧縮保管して必要な時に戻すとまたGUI画面で見える様になる。戻すのは比較的簡単なので、長期保管が出来る点が気に入っている。・サポートに関しては「こういうことがしたいが出来るか？」という問い合わせに関して、MaxGaugeそのままでは出来ないことは代替案を提案して貰えたり、監視項目への質問も丁寧に答えて頂けていると思う

> **Cons**: Excel出力機能はあるがスケジュール化出来ない（自動でメールに添付し送る等が出来ない）※これも相談すれば代替案の提供はあるが

> MSSQL版を利用していますが、DB情報収集・蓄積する環境の構築が簡単に出来ます。対象時間帯にどの様なsqlが処理されていたか（実行計画）、ロックがかかっていたか等の細かい情報を保管しており、障害復旧後でも障害発生時の状況調査が出来るので再発防止対策に繋げられるケースを増やすことが出来ます。サポートはメールでのやり取りが主ではあるが、製品の使い方などの問い合わせは早ければ当日、大体２営業日以内には回答が返ってくる。
