Saves us from having someone dedicated to timecards \& payroll, and all it takes is our Labor Coordinators doing the job they do every day. I also find their customer support fantastic - I always feel like our comments and feedback are noted and taken to heart. Everyone I've met there has been so personable and easy to talk to, they really feel like a big happy family at the company and it shows in their product. I find their sit easy to use from a user perspective as well - The schedule page is very easy to understand, as well as incredibly efficient once you know some of the tricks. The date filter in conjunction with bulk adding shifts is especially useful for building schedules\! Lastly, being able to access our live data via the LASSO API has been a total game changer from a Data Analytics standpoint. We are only scratching the surface at my company with what we could do with this, and I fully expect our business decisions moving forward to be not only easier, but more lucrative for the company as a whole. > > **Cons**: The schedule+ portion can get slow to load for some of the bigger shows and events we build on the platform.
