This has gone on for months now and even when you do get a response, they are often not able to solve the problem. > > The support has deteriorated significantly over the last year. We have had several support tickets where Viewpoint was not able to provide a solution and we had to find a fix through other sources. System upgrades are terrifying with the last update impacting or ability to produce financials.
