> **Pros**: The system is easy to use to find patients and add documents etc. We had a new member of staff start last week and she has said how easy it is to use.

> **Cons**: The diary is difficult due to us having so many diaries and this means that double bookings can happen if lots of people try to book. I think it needs a little looking at to make it smoother for people who see patients in various locations. We have up to 4 hospitals with theatre bookings and clinic bookings. No 2 weeks are ever the same so this does make it a little complicated. Hopefully this can be looked at and made simpler somehow

If I was to offer a suggestion, folders in the documents section can be useful to arrange documents.

> Having previously used DGL, Meditech, Meditex (fertility), Semble along with a range of other systems, this is the best overall system I have used and offers the least downtime. The support team are fantastic, slightly ill advised in sports but are very skilled in the workplace.
