Easy to inspect, edit and access payroll information

Pros:

Workday is flexible software that facilitates many different aspects of human resource management. Workday HCM has user-friendly data analytics. By collecting and analyzing this data, we may gain useful understanding and improve our approaches to workforce management.

Cons:

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.

Comments: Generally, Workday is a fantastic program. It’s easy to use and once users have learned the program, accessibility to documents, information, and timekeeping is quick and easy.

Pros:

Workday does a fantastic job at providing a unified platform. The best part of Workday is that everything you could need can be found in one location. Workday is intuitive and user friendly. It’s incredibly easy to use once you’ve logged in.

Cons:

Logging into Workday HCM takes a significant amount of effort when compared with other time management programs. Allowing for FaceID would alleviate this issue.

Solid tool for all admin/payroll activities

Pros:

Workday is a very easy tool to navigate, especially when trying to find specific documents related such as pay slips, insurance documents, etc. Their plug in makes it convenient for clocking in and out quickly.

Pros:

Allows us to be able to track staffing and our employees have the ability to login either on a computer or the app.

Cons:

It can be cumbersome at times at the number of steps in order to clock in. There’s also challenges, correcting an inaccurate punch for the employees.

Pros:

Dedicated local Workday HCM experts ensures comprehensive and tailored assistance. It also integrates seamlessly with popular software tools platforms making work easier and enjoyable. Automated invoicing streamlines financial tasks, saving time and energy on such tasks. It is also a perfect solution for remote and global teams.

Cons:

We find Workday HCM to be user-friendly and intuitive to navigate on the employee and manager side alike. However, additional charges apply for specific advanced features such as onboarding automation.

for other HR related stuff this system works well.

Easy to use, quick login and my information felt quite secure.

Always Evolving HR System

Comments: I enjoy using Workday HCM as it's a one stop shop for our company's HR data. Moving to Workday was a big improvement from our previous HR system where we had an account per country, totalling to over 10 accounts. I would say there is a steep learning curve in the beginning as an Admin and even for employees. And the training and certificates are overpriced so I have had to learn how to configure/use Workday through other mediums.

Pros:

It can be used globally. The user interface and usability is easy to understand (similar to Facebook's interface), the ability to customize, the different modules and features it supports. The tool is always evolving as the company has 2 releases every year.

Cons:

It is created for the US by the US. It does not accommodate for international laws and compliance resulting in us having multiple tools to support international countries.

Workday is the OG

Comments: I have used Workday HCM with a couple different employers and it is by far superior to other comparable software. Everything is located on your dashboard. There is no multiple logins for different apps/software because it's all here. It gives easy access to view and/or change pay/benefit information, all employee personal information, taxes and time entering. What's not to love?

Pros:

One of the things I like most about Workday HCM is the customizable drop down menu on your dashboard to make it easy to access things YOU need. Also, the time entering and access to benefit information is also great.

Cons:

I don't have anything I don't like about it.

Comments: I was doing training, Workday was excellent, I would just go in and learn everything and do every exercise I had for the day. It is a really good organized platform and It is amazing to have something like this platform for when you are getting education from home. For getting a job its really amazing.

Pros:

Automated, accurate payroll helps me stay compliant, save time and be stress-free. No set-up fees or hidden charges. Great dashboard which supports self-service.

Cons:

With the required security configuration including authenticator, it is good to go. The app has delivered the best for us.
