Increase HR and payroll compliance and daily efficiency
Comments: Post-sandbox testing, Workday can update and release software. This sandbox environment allows me to try things out, observe what happens, and then fine-tune my procedures. Many issues are resolved because to Workday's ability to notify workers of pending tasks and make information about those tasks readily available to them.
Pros:
If you're familiar with the system and its customizations, you should be able to accomplish just about anything using Workday. I really like how workday can be used to both investigate past company procedures and improve current ones. After years of using ADP, I have concluded that Workday is the superior HR software.
Cons:
In my opinion, the time it takes to find and interview potential candidates is too long. While Workday's learning resources are excellent, I do wish they provided more configuration-specific instruction.

Cons:
complexity for new users, requiring extensive training, and time-consuming customization. It can be expensive, with high licensing and implementation costs, and has limited reporting flexibility. Comments: A cool thing about Workday HCM is that you can sign up for free and play around with the tool, not being charged until you pay first team member.

Automated invoicing streamlines financial tasks, saving time and energy on such tasks. It is also a perfect solution for remote and global teams.
Cons:
We find Workday HCM to be user-friendly and intuitive to navigate on the employee and manager side alike. However, additional charges apply for specific advanced features such as onboarding automation.
Always Evolving HR System
Comments: I enjoy using Workday HCM as it's a one stop shop for our company's HR data. Moving to Workday was a big improvement from our previous HR system where we had an account per country, totalling to over 10 accounts. I would say there is a steep learning curve in the beginning as an Admin and even for employees. And the training and certificates are overpriced so I have had to learn how to configure/use Workday through other mediums.
Pros:
It can be used globally. The user interface and usability is easy to understand (similar to Facebook's interface), the ability to customize, the different modules and features it supports. The tool is always evolving as the company has 2 releases every year.
Cons:
It is created for the US by the US. It does not accommodate for international laws and compliance resulting in us having multiple tools to support international countries.
I’d recommend Workday
Comments: Overall it’s a fantastic tool for organizations, if they know how to configure it correctly. Each country is different and the system allows you to customize processes based on locations.
Pros:
Having all your HR related tasks in one system (time tracking, vacation tracing, performance, learning, employee files, payroll, etc) make it a one stop system for companies.
Cons:
The security access groups can make it challenging to understand where actions may be stuck. The rules make it challenging to make changes.
Workday is great!
Comments: Workday has been a helpful tool for all who use it. It's user friendly and doesn't regularly lag or disconnect.

I like the easy accessibility through the mobile application.

Not many, workday has always been a useful tool for employers and employees needing to access important information regarding pay and other financial inquiries.
Workday is the OG
Comments: I have used Workday HCM with a couple different employers and it is by far superior to other comparable software. Everything is located on your dashboard. There is no multiple logins for different apps/software because it's all here. It gives easy access to view and/or change pay/benefit information, all employee personal information, taxes and time entering. What's not to love?
Pros:
One of the things I like most about Workday HCM is the customizable drop down menu on your dashboard to make it easy to access things YOU need. Also, the time entering and access to benefit information is also great.
Cons:
I don't have anything I don't like about it.

Comments: Simple and easy. Ensures our employees feels confident their pay will be on-time and accurate.
Pros:
Automated, accurate payroll helps me stay compliant, save time and be stress-free. No set-up fees or hidden charges. Great dashboard which supports self-service.
Cons:
With the required security configuration including authenticator, it is good to go. The app has delivered the best for us.
Employee tracking made easy
Comments: Workday has been the easiest employee tracking system I have ever used. Its simple, yet has some complex features.
Pros:
Track and editing time is a breeze. Payslips, bonuses, and taxes are all individualized.
Cons:
I believe the only thing that i think is missing is being able to use workday to email the HR department of my work directly from this app.

Comments: Its a must try software for matrix organizations. It can solve all the problems but need someone specialist on products. Heavy training is required for advance features.

I can talk about the benefits of Workday HCM all day. It is very efficient and reliable tool. It has given us control over activities revolving around payroll, payroll audits and payroll calculations. Workday HCM is also very user-friendly and easy to use. One unique feature about Workday HCM is the urgency it treats my work with. It is quite fast and accurate.

HR system at its best
Comments: I love it because of the flexibility and ease at which you can navigate to the different parts of the app

It is very friendly and easy to use. It can even link you to other sites if the HR defines them. Its like a quick link to those other platforms. The amount of data stored on workday is huge for each staff. I can see my payroll so easily on workday HCM

I am not sure it is okay to see the salary of people working under you but workday allows this.

Workday could work better
Comments: Does what is required in a simple format although can be a bit boring to look at. Can be a bit repetitive and uninspiring but has so much depth and scope to do much better if it was more engaging for colleagues.
Pros:
Simple and easy layout most colleagues can understand and navigate.

Very basic and uninteresting layout for most colleagues which loses engagement and can be tricky for less skilled colleagues to find how good it can be as a tool for their job.
Easy, Complete, Perfect for my job
Comments: I was doing training, Workday was excellent, I would just go in and learn everything and do every exercise I had for the day. It is a really good organized platform and It is amazing to have something like this platform for when you are getting education from home. For getting a job its really amazing.

Comments: The price-to-return on investment ratio is quite good and the features are ever-evolving

The website incorporates aspects such as pay, reviews, meetings/discussions, all personal historic job documentation, and absence. It's easy to use and I can quickly see when my teammates are planning annual leave, review my pay situation and so on.
Cons:
The website feels a bit dated aesthetically, and is sometimes a bit clunky when it comes to pages regarding absence/annual leave - it feels like there are multiple ways to see the same end result.
Workday HCM, a victory in managing workforce.
Comments: Generally the experience with Workday HCM has been so beneficial to the entire organization both the employees and to the performance of our organization. It allows us to have well managed and orchestrated workforce which leads to us getting optimum results from all our work especially matters community awareness and development.
Pros:
A valuable aspect about Workday HCM that we have really benefited from is how flexible it is as this allowed us to set it up in way that it perfectly matched with our nature of work. It allows us to get more productive results from individuals by aligning someones capabilities with the right kind of work roles. It has very reliable insights about workers which makes it easy to offer excellent work conditions which benefits both the company and the employee.
Cons:
Despite Workday HCM being such an important product for managing workforce, all this comes at a cost. Also the user interface could be improved to get more intuitive.

Comments: Overall, I've been a user of workday for more than 5 years. Once you get the hang of using it, it will be a very helpful tool as an ATS in recruitment.

Solid Product
Comments: Workday has been a huge part of my HR experience. It is a great product and affordable for all types of companies.

Workday is a relatively intuitive product to use and learn. You can easily track all payroll services, days off, employee profiles and other things HR related.
Cons:
The platform needs a little bit more upgrade when it comes to aesthetics. It has looked the same for almost 2 years. Needs a makeover.
