SFDC is THE CRM. I don't want to use any other.
Comments: It helps me manage my function, track my KPIs and build pipeline.
Pros:
I live in SFDC every day, in my dashboards, in my reports, with my pipeline.
Cons:
Inconsequential bits and bobs. Takes time to get it working the way you want it to.

Salesforce Cloud among top 5
Comments: Overall great experience and customer service is excellent and willing to help you find your needs and they are also great at following up.
Pros:
Salesforce has a lot of great options as far as entering information adding unique fields and making it specific to your needs as well you can also use this across all devices. Laptop to phone to iPad.
Cons:
Some fields are tricky and have specific questions that need to be answered before moving to the next field. sometimes those are not highlighted and takes time to find area of particular needs.
Great CRM with Easy Access
Comments: Salesforce Sales Cloud has been an excellent tool for our business. It has improved our sales efficiency, helped us better understand our customer base, and ultimately contributed to increased revenue. Despite the initial learning curve, once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes an indispensable part of managing customer relationships and driving sales success.
Pros:
What I appreciate the most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its comprehensive functionality that integrates seamlessly with various departments. The CRM is incredibly customizable, allowing my team to tailor workflows and reports to meet specific business needs. The automation features have significantly reduced manual work, and the detailed analytics offer valuable insights into customer behavior and sales trends.
Cons:
One challenge I’ve encountered is the steep learning curve. While Salesforce is highly capable, it can be overwhelming for new users, and the onboarding process requires a fair amount of time and training. Additionally, some of the advanced features can be a bit costly, especially for smaller businesses.
Powerful CRM for Driving Sales Growth
Comments:
Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very useful and powerful CRM that increases sales efficiency and customer relationship management.
Mobile app integrations improve accessibility and connectivity which makes this an essential tool for sales success.
Pros:
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps in lead management, AI-driven information, and customizable dashboards which help sales teams to prioritize and close deals with our clients.
Cons:
Salesforce Sales Cloud requires specific training and onboarding to use the service effectively which leads to the platform’s higher cost compared to other CRMs it is a con for smaller businesses with low budgets
Salesforce Sales - To manage all the information related to your Accounts
Comments:
After some time getting around and knowing the tool, it became my "single point" to manage my portfolio of Accounts.
I could find all the information about my Accounts, develop business plans or understanding how many times a Customer had interacted with my company.
It provide me with a 360º view of my customers.
Pros:
The huge range of options with that you can personalize SalesForce Sales Cloud. How you can deploy a stable solution to your salesforce teams, worldwide, allowing global companies to align their "way of work" across all the geographies. As an example, it allows companies to use it just as a CRM or even as CRM plus, track open tickets related to their accounts, manage bids and contracts negotiations (even between internal teams).
Cons:
Having so many options to customize, giving you the possibility of interconnecting information from several teams, in one huge CRM tool - relating it to your Accounts, has the negative aspect of having to much information on the same tool. This leads to some difficulty handling and supporting the users, across the several tabs of information available. And to some complexity for the users to navigate around all the info of one specific Account. Salesforce has done their best to facilitate this, and avoid the outcome of "too much information in one place", for the end-users to access.
Essential software for the sales team
Comments: Overall, I think it’s a very satisfactory program. The difference between using and not using Salesforce in the sales team is very significant. It helps in organizing processes and results clearly and assists in working systematically.
Pros:
Above all, the biggest advantage is the ability to customize fields according to the needs of the sales organization. As the sales processes changed and the organization expanded, there were many additional processes to incorporate. Despite this, there are many features that can fully cover these needs, which has been very helpful for our work. Additionally, the ability to create a wide variety of reports is another advantage. This has been extremely useful in identifying the causes of poor sales and finding ways to improve sales performance.
Cons:
The complexity is very high, so it is quite challenging to set up new processes. We often seek help through Trailblazer and refer to what others have created, but it is still very difficult to configure without specialized knowledge.
Salesforce Sales Cloud - working experience at Builder.ai
Comments: I was in the backend team where the data from front end of potential customers used to come, this data was upsync to the salesforce cloud in a refined form. I could see data reflecting and transforming into graphical charts for better visualisation. It also have this email functionality for triggering notifications
Pros:
I like the visuals- graphical representation, the automated process of email triggering for potential leads. It has a tailor made calendar for scheduling meetings, transcripts support etc
Cons:
The costing, initial setup and maintenance is high. Not so easy to grasp at a glance
Salesforce sales cloud is very helpful for businesses.
Comments: My overall experience with salesforce salesforce cloud is good. It provides multiple ways for customization and implementation. We can easily and securely connect the salesforce sales cloud with other cloud or third-party applications. It provides standard and custom ways to build business automation. It has multiple data import and export tools. We can analyze data using salesforce reports and dashboards.
Pros:
Salesforce sales cloud keeps data aggregated which helps to grow the business. We can get the leads by using powerful looks like web-to-lead and email-to-lead. Once leads are qualified we can convert those leads to accounts and contacts easily. Salesforce sales cloud provides different automation to make business automated.
Cons:
Salesforce sales cloud is a very strong platform but it is very expensive for small and medium-sized businesses.
It is worth it!
Comments: Salesforce is an excellent CRM solution for businesses needing powerful customer relationship tools, rich data analytics, and seamless integration with third-party applications. While the platform comes with a steep learning curve and significant costs, its flexibility and extensive features make it a worthy investment for businesses ready to dive in fully.
Pros:
Their powerful CRM capabilities are beyond any other similar system out there. The ability to customize it to meet our needs and automate a lot of the workflows are key points that lead me to enjoy using this product.
Cons:
It is on the pricier side of the spectrum. Setting it up and customizing it can be complex, so it is important to learn the product beforehand and performing some trial and error.

Salesforce Sales Cloud: Streamlining Project Dynamics

Mature System for large organization
Comments: It is ensuring to use versatile business system. It has all the features needed by organization for optimal business analytics and forecast
Pros:

Cons:
Expensive Legacy system Ease of use / navigation Maintanance is expensive
The "One Stop Shop" for All Things CRM and Sales Management
Pros:
Salesforce is a Goliath in their own right and a heavyweight within the CRM category. I've worked with other tools, such as Hubspot, but no one can perform true CRM like Salesforce does on a daily basis. I integrate Salesforce with Salesloft and that combo together makes tracking my 2,000+ customers an absolute breeze. All activities flow back and forth between the 2 tools so I can stay up to date on all activities being perform on the account. This makes managing the customer experience more mature and positively reflects on us in how we operate our business.
Cons:
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is as flexible as "flexible" comes, that can be a 2 edged sword. Our current Salesforce instance heavily leverages most capabilities that Salesforce offers, which makes it difficult to run reports when not all data objects can be accessible within one report. I end up having to run multiple reports and then consolidate the reports to drive the insights I'm looking for.
Salesforce is a Top Tool for Work across Large Teams!
Pros:
The convenience and use across large teams
Cons:
The learning curve is steep. Some processes take a bit of time to master
Works okay, if LATENCY does not exist
Comments: Maybe I am used to the latency issue, it sucks but you have to get used to it since most of my work are in Salesforce; it's still helpful to use. but overall it's very usable.
Pros:
It's customizable. The feature where you are allowed to make your own report and customize your own page depending on your needs it's really helpful.
Cons:
The LATENCY. It really sucks, sometimes some of the information would not load, would be stuck on the screen or does not respond.

The best solution in the market if you know how!
Comments: Very, very pleased and satisfied in almost 5 years of usage!
Pros:
Level of customizing the platform and adjusting it to the business needs is awesome! Intuitive but sometimes challenging, never disappoints though! Loving the dashboards and integration capabilities!
Cons:
Due to complexity, sometimes it's tricky to figure out how to implement something and it has its own limitations in reporting, for example. It's more on the expensive side.
