It is an intuitive app, very simple to use. Besides, it has a handy tool: the mobile sends you a push notification every time there is a spot in your preferred timeslot. Another exciting feature is the workout information you can insert: one hour after your WOD is over, the app asks you to introduce your results. Thus, the app also works as a kind of fitness diary. In this sense, it is remarkable that the app includes a "Personal Records" section because you can keep track of dozens of workouts and personal bests. > > **Cons**: I guess the only thing I don't like is that sometimes (once every six-eight months or so, to be precise), you suddenly are logged out from the app. To be honest, it is no big deal, but I need to retrieve the original email and remember my user name and password. Minutiae, I know. Also, it could be an excellent functionality to upload some pics and remember certain things about this or that workout. > > My overall experience with Resawod has been good so far.
