> **Pros**: The most impressive aspect of Albi is its consistent reliability, especially for our restoration business's workflow. Over nearly four years, it has flawlessly managed our projects and client information without any technical issues or downtime. It reliably handles everything from job tracking to customer communication, which is crucial in our fast-paced industry

> **Cons**: There's very little to dislike, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only minor annoyance is the automatic logout feature after a period of inactivity. While I understand the security reasons, it can sometimes interrupt workflow when I need to quickly reference something after stepping away for a bit. However, this is a small inconvenience compared to the overall benefits.

As the core PM and CRM software for our water damage restoration business, it has proven to be exceptionally reliable and effective. > **Pros**: Nothing, garbage, always has issues. False information. You have to pay for a training additional to the program, waste of money.

> **Cons**: They don't tell you everything upfront. Hard to get some one to answer the phone. too expansive, garbage.

> Cancellation Agreement&#10;We had an Albiware sales team called non-stop to try and earn our business for months. Once we actually decide to give a try we were told that if we did not like the platform we could get a full refund. We basically paid for the whole entire year subscription but only used a month of it. After numerous back and forward emails to cancel, now they are telling us that the contract we signed they do not give refund. We were using Housecall Pro before jumping onto Albiware also with a full year subscription, I mention that to Albi sales rep and he responded that they should give us a refund from Housecall Pro which they were going to. I would stay away from Albiware they are such a un-ethical company and crooks. Paid 3,500 dollars for a year and now we lost that money.

> **Pros**: We really like the ease of use in the app features. Our techs took a little bit of time to adjust but now it is second nature to them to use it. I like the timeline and tagging features and the ability to task within a project. We have been very happy with the customer reporting that comes out of the system and know there are still a lot of features we haven't tapped into yet. Customer service has also been very good. They are quick to reply.

> **Cons**: Implementation of new features sometimes take a while which is understandable, because there is a lot of technology behind creating them. There are a few hiccups when working in a remote area because you do have to have a signal in order to get into the app and save anything.  As Albi has scaled there has been a slight slow down in response time on questions or features but that is to be expected. From time to time it does have small outages which is a frustrating in the moment but they seem to be short lived and Albi usually gives users heads up when that happens

> My overall experience has been great. We now have one platform that does everything. I no longer have to jump between 2-3 clunky apps. Albi has everything I need in one place. The support staff is amazing. If we have any issues at all they are available immediately.

> The \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of Albi keeps relaying his message like a mantra. Albi is supposed to be a money-maker for us. Reality is quite different. In doing invoicing, we will not be able to use our current systems. They work, we get paid. Not so sure what will happen when the techs don't use Albi correctly. We keep training, and retraining, and still, no progress.
