> **Pros**: Primarily, Constrafor provided an easy way for me to collect and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) across my numerous projects. I no longer have to go into each project folder to find dfferent sub COIs to find out when they may be expiring, but rather just find all of them organized in one place on the platform. Constrafor also tracks the certificates expiration dates and send out email alerts to both my subcontractors and me prompting COI renewal, so I don't ever need to worry about a sub's insurance expiring without getting alerts up to 90 days ahead of time. I can focus on the details of my projects and put the COI tracking on autopilot.

> **Cons**: It's somewhat of a personal preference, but the listing of all of my COIs could be condensed. With many projects, the list can get quite long.  However, the company is early stage and has been receptive to my feedback when I reached out to them.

> Overall, I am very pleased with the Constrafor platform. It has saved me time and organized my files in a better way than I would have otherwise. As aforementioned, I have spoken with their support team and they were very friendly and helpful.

> **Cons**: Clunkynot user friendly enoughRecently, DEP complained about the fact that when a subcontractor signed the document, the signature was on the middle of the line instead of above it . To be fair, this resident engineer is very particular about formatting but it was still something about which i didnt have an answer except that that is how Constrafor formats the signatures.
